Psychotherapy in Bristol with Akhila Kuprat, BA (Oxon)
0117 9237686
Psychotherapy offers a safe, supportive and
confidential space to explore ourselves, how we relate to
others, and how we relate to our past and present experience.
Psychotherapy is an opportunity to inquire
into our concerns in more depth. By knowing ourselves we see the
nature of our suffering with greater clarity, and empower
ourselves to live more consciously, in ways that bring more
freedom, confidence and fulfilment.
What we can work with in therapy:
-
developing trust and confidence in relationship
-
transforming fear, anxiety and depression
-
cultivating resources and a stronger sense of self
-
living with illness and dying
-
exploring cultural difference and identity
-
fulfilling creative potential
-
inquiring into the nature of our spiritual journey
-
healing trauma, shock and abuse
